Philanthropic capital shouldn't sit idle.

There's no question that Australians are generous. But the way people give needs a fresh approach.
This is a sector well overdue for change. Too often capital is preserved for years rather than deployed to beneficiaries. Huge amounts of untapped capital sit idle in super, property and other assets.
Fragmentation and duplication waste resources across a largely unconsolidated sector.
FAIF exists to fundamentally improve how philanthropic capital is raised, managed, and deployed through innovative self-sustaining giving models.
About FAIF
FAIF brings together experts in financial services, portfolio management, philanthropy and NFP leadership to design and deliver new, self-sustaining giving models, equip professional advisors to confidently lead philanthropic discussions, drive sector consolidation and collaboration and set benchmarks for charity governance.
Our mission is to uplift millions of disadvantaged people in Australia, and in time globally, by transforming how philanthropic capital is raised, managed and deployed, so more of it reaches the causes that need it, faster and for longer.
Our vision is a future where philanthropic capital keeps working, for donors, for charities and for the causes that need it most.
How FAIF is organised
Our charitable foundation and FAIF Holdings are separate entities with distinct roles.
This structure ensures clarity between our charitable arm and for-purpose products and services offerings.
Future Australian Impact Foundation
REGISTERED CHARITY
ACNC-registered DGR2 Trust with full regulatory and trustee oversight.
Donated capital is invested to generate ongoing income for nominated beneficiaries.
The Foundation cannot pay out profits or benefit private shareholders.
Separate.
Independent.
Trusted.
The two pillars are governed separately and deal with each other at arm's length.
FAIF Holdings
FOR PURPOSE
Subsidiary companies with multiple mandates across education, shared services and investment services for the philanthropic sector.
Fee for service.
Not a charitable entity.
Any dealing between the Foundation and FAIF Holdings and its subsidiaries is at arm's length.
This separation protects the charity's status and keeps giving and commercial services clearly distinct.
