A former Australian parliamentarian with deep expertise in financial services, governance, and consumer advocacy. Bernie brings a distinguished record of public policy leadership to FAIF's mission.

Carly is a corporate lawyer and governance specialist with over 15 years' experience spanning top-tier private practice and senior in-house counsel and operations leadership roles in global technology companies, including deep expertise in corporate, M&A, venture capital and equity capital markets law, cross-border business structuring and governance.

Bob has managed businesses for leading financial institutions and asset managers, including Barclays Capital, Man Investments and ANZ Bank. He brings a wealth of expertise in early stage ventures, from start-up phase through to IPO.

Kerren is a seasoned senior executive with sector experience in health, NFP/charity, professional services, financial services and government. She leads FAIF's education business and strategic communications and marketing across the group.

Giles is the Founder and CEO of Global Impact Initiative. Giles has over 30 years’ experience of building and developing teams and businesses for global organisations.
