1. About this policy

This policy explains how FAIF Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 675 282 130 (“FAIF Holdings”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with faif.com.au, the FAIF Group umbrella website, and our general dealings with visitors, contacts and stakeholders.

FAIF Holdings is the parent company of the for-profit arm of the FAIF Group and operates faif.com.au. The Future Australian Impact Foundation and the other FAIF charity entities are separately owned and controlled, are governed by FAIF Limited, and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). They are not subsidiaries of FAIF Holdings. faif.com.au links through to other websites in the FAIF network, including the Foundation’s own site; section 2 below explains how this policy relates to those other sites and to other FAIF Group privacy policies.

Our principal place of business is Level 14, 60 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. For privacy inquiries, contact privacy@faif.com.au.

2. Our group structure, and how this policy applies

The FAIF Group includes a number of entities. This policy is the default privacy policy for the Group and applies to this website and to general Group-level activities, such as corporate enquiries, media and stakeholder relations, and recruitment. Where a FAIF Group entity has more detailed or specific privacy requirements because of the nature of its activities, that entity’s own privacy policy applies to those specific activities, and this policy applies to everything else.
