2. Other terms that apply
FAIF Holdings Pty Ltd is the parent company of the FAIF group of commercial companies. The Future Australian Impact Foundation and the other FAIF charity entities are separately owned and controlled, are governed by FAIF Limited, and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Neither controls the other, and neither is responsible for the acts, omissions or obligations of the other.

-
our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information; and

Using the Site does not create any advisory or professional relationship between you and FAIF Holdings. We take care with our content but, to the extent permitted by law, do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current, and we are not liable for any action you take in reliance on it.
4. Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

7. Material you submit to us
If you send us material through the Site (for example an enquiry, a subscription or feedback), you confirm you are entitled to provide it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose for which you provided it and to operate and improve the Site and our services.
